“My diet’s not the best, but it works for me.” – 2011 CrossFit Games Winner Rich Froning Jr
Yes, whatever is in the Rich Froning Jr Diet seems to be working. Froning was a rope climb away from winning the 2010 CrossFit Games, and he followed that narrow miss with a dominating victory in the 2011 CrossFit Games.
So What’s In the Rich Froning Diet?
- Peanut Butter – just a little, though friends claim that “little” must be a relative term (he knows he should avoid lectin, but peanut butter is just SO good)
- PROGENEX – a whole lot of it. Rich, like most CrossFit Games athletes, knows Progenex has the best CrossFit supplements. And the more the merrier.

- Dinner – because even the World’s Fittest Man has to eat. Peanuts and Progenex can only go so far…
As Rich says in the video, Progenex Recovery usually gets him through the day. Apparently it’s doing a good job of that.
Will The Rich Froning Diet Work For Me?
There’s only one way to find out, and fortunately, it’s a simple 3-Step Process. First, jump all over those peanuts. Second, consume copious amounts of the best workout supplements on planet Earth. Third, eat something for dinner. Yes, you’ve just learned the 3 easy steps to become the next CrossFit Games winner. Of course you’ll probably want to have freakish athletic ability, a willingness to train harder than anyone else, and the heart to keep going when your body is begging you to stop. And know how to climb a rope.
